Acin appoints new Head of Sales to drive its next stage of growth

Acin, the SaaS company that is digitising and networking operational risk, today announces the appointment of Craig Talbot as Head of Sales. Craig will be responsible for developing and driving Acin’s commercial strategy and execution as it moves on to its next stage of development following a series A fundraise of $12 million in September.
He will lead the scaling of Acin’s commercial operations for its financial services clients in areas such as investment banking, asset management and other sectors.

Craig brings to the company a wealth of SaaS and technology sales leadership experience, having held a number of senior commercial roles in fast-growth, Cloud-enabled software companies. He joins from iboss, the global cloud security provider, where he led the build-out of Europe and Asia operations, spearheading talent onboarding and the development of new commercial channels to accelerate the scaling of the business.

Craig Talbot has a career in SaaS sales spanning nearly 20 years, with significant executive experience and strong expertise in designing go-to-market strategies for global technology players. Prior to iboss, Craig held roles including: UK Managing Director at Sitecore, a customer experience software business; Vice President UK & Ireland at MuleSoft, the Silicon Valley-founded software integration company acquired by Salesforce for $6.5 billion in 2018; and various senior roles at VMware, a Cloud and virtualisation services provider.
