Women in Risk and Control is an initiative from Acin that supports gender diversity. Put simply, the aim is ‘to increase the number of female leaders in NFRM and enhance the NFRM community’. It is a cross-firm network of talent and aspiration, supported by mentoring. Knowledge sharing will occur through podcasts, articles, and webinars – the first of which is on Wednesday 11th November 2020 13:00–14:00 GMT.

The inaugural Women in Risk and Control webinar will be on the subject of ‘Resiliency and maximising your personal potential’. We will focus on how professionals in the risk and control disciplines can become more resilient, as the Non-Financial Risk environment becomes more pressured, unpredictable, and stressful. Presenters will include Sonja Jackman, MD at BNY Mellon, Bukola Adisa, Founder of Career Masterclass, and Rosie Warin, CEO of Kin&Co.
